Keep files for every property and building in one place, move them with undo, and share a single file with renters on a current lease.

Organize files into folders, move them as your portfolio changes, and share a file with the renters who need it.
A folder for every property. Each property and building gets its own folder, named for it. A General folder holds everything else, and you can add folders of your own that are not tied to a property.

Move it, then undo it. Move files and folders from the Move menu or by drag and drop, with press and hold on mobile. Every move can be undone, and a file whose name is already in the folder asks whether to replace it or keep both.

Share one file with a renter. Pick a file, pick renters on a current lease, and they can view and download it. Nothing else in the folder is shared.

Document Center works at the portfolio level, outside any single property. Each property and building still has its own folder, so you can open one or search across all of them.

A General folder is always there and cannot be renamed or deleted. Add folders of your own for anything that is not tied to a property.
One folder per property or building, named for it. Deleting a property or building folder does not affect the property or building itself.
One search box at the top of Document Center looks through every folder, so a file is easy to find wherever it was filed.
Build the folder structure that fits your portfolio, file by property or building, and decide exactly who sees each document. Nothing is shared until you share it.
Create folders for anything not tied to a property and name them the way you work, from leases and inspections to vendor invoices. Building folders take the unit folders you add.
Every property and building gets its own folder, so documents sit where they belong. Open one property, or search across your whole portfolio.
Share a single file with the renters you pick, grouped by property and starting with nobody selected. Renters get a read-only view, and access ends when their lease ends.
Here is what landlords and renters say about using Shuk day to day.
"Shuk Rentals has helped me receive tenant payments faster than competing platforms. The built-in service provider feature also gives landlords access to reliable, high-quality professionals, making maintenance and repairs easier and more efficient."
"Shuk allowed me to secure trustworthy tenants more than 60 days prior to lease end date. Tenants searched for my property based on lease dates. For a small property owner, any vacancy is a huge hit, so this feature gave me incredible peace of mind."
"The Lease Indication Tool is a standout-it helps me predict which tenants are likely to renew, so I can plan ahead, avoid vacancies, and keep providing great places to live. It's smart, intuitive, and makes property management easier and more rewarding than ever!"
"I love the lease renewal indicator tool. That is super cool."
"Recently started using Shuk and it makes my experience as a renter so smooth and easy! Easy to get set up and super convenient to have access to everything in one place."

Document Center is one place to store and organize the files you upload for your properties. Each property and building has its own folder, plus a General folder and folders you name yourself. It works on mobile and web.
No. Property Documents stays exactly as it is, and none of its files move into Document Center.
Yes, one file at a time. You can share a file with renters on a current lease, and they can view and download it in a read-only view. Folders, properties and buildings cannot be shared, and a renter's access ends when their lease ends.
Landlords and property managers upload and manage files. Renters get a read-only view of the files shared with them, and they cannot upload.
Signed documents stay in Document Signing, and renter proof of insurance stays in Insurance Center. Neither is copied into Document Center, which holds the files you upload.
Yes. Every move and every share change can be undone. Renters are notified of a new share only after a 5-second undo window, so an undone share sends nothing.
