Real portfolios don't run with one person. They run with co-managers, accountants, vendors, and owners who all need a slice of the same data without seeing the whole thing. Shuk gives you four roles out of the box, each tuned to how people actually use a property platform.

Property Manager

For agencies and third-party managers. Full access to portfolios under management, with the ability to operate on behalf of multiple landlords across one workspace.

Landlord

For the operator who owns and manages their own portfolio. Full control over their leases, finances, and tenant communications.

Renter

The tenant portal. Pay rent, request maintenance, message the landlord or property manager, see lease documents. Cannot see other tenants or unit financials.

Invited Member

The catch-all for everyone else: property owners with read-only owner-statement style access, vendors and contractors, accountants, virtual assistants, and co-managers. Permissions are configured per invite.

Owner portals via Invited Member

Give a property owner read-only access to their building's financials, occupancy, and maintenance activity. They see what they own, nothing else, with no separate portal product needed.

Vendor and accountant access

Invite a maintenance vendor with access only to open work orders for their assigned properties. Invite an accountant with read-only access to financial reports. Each invite is configured once and applies cleanly.
