  • Landlords receive information about tenants who express interest in or apply for their properties

  • Tenants receive information about landlords whose properties they view or apply for

  • User-generated content such as ratings and reviews may be visible to other users

  • Communications sent through our platform will be shared with the intended recipients

4.2 Service Providers

We share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:

  • Payment processors and financial institutions

  • Cloud storage providers

  • Customer service and support providers

  • Data analytics providers

  • Marketing and advertising partners

  • Email and communications providers

Even if you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional and service-related messages.

Note that blocking all cookies may impact your ability to use certain features of our Services.

5.5 Do Not Track

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that you don't want your online activity tracked. Given the lack of a common understanding of how to interpret these signals, our Services currently do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

5.6 Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as:

Due to legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate and financial industries, we are required to retain certain user data, including transaction history and other relevant information, for specific periods.

While you can request deactivation of your account ("Deletion Request"), we will retain information as required by law. When you make a Deletion Request:

  • Your account will be deactivated and no longer accessible

  • Your personal information will no longer be used for marketing purposes

  • We will retain necessary information for legal, regulatory, and business purposes

  • Information shared with third parties may be retained by those parties in accordance with their privacy policies

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of sensitive information

  • Secure network configurations

  • Access controls and authentication requirements

  • Regular security assessments and audits

However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our systems. In the event of a security breach involving your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
