How to Message Your Landlord

Overview

Shuk's messaging feature lets you communicate directly with your landlord or property manager without needing their personal contact info.

Steps

1. Go to Messages in your renter portal.
2. Click New Message.
3. Your landlord/property manager will be pre-selected as the recipient.
4. Type your message and attach any files if needed.
5. Click Send.

Notifications

You'll receive a notification when your landlord responds. All conversations are saved in your message history.
