How to Manage Maintenance Requests

Overview

Stay on top of property maintenance by managing all requests in one place.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Maintenance in your landlord dashboard.
  2. View incoming requests sorted by urgency and date.
  3. Click on a request to see details, photos, and renter notes.
  4. Assign the request to a vendor or mark it as in-progress.
  5. Add internal notes or communicate with the renter.
  6. Mark the request as Resolved when the work is complete.

Tips

Use filters to view requests by property, status, or urgency level. Set up email notifications so you never miss a new request.
