Steps
- Navigate to Maintenance in your landlord dashboard.
- View incoming requests sorted by urgency and date.
- Click on a request to see details, photos, and renter notes.
- Assign the request to a vendor or mark it as in-progress.
- Add internal notes or communicate with the renter.
- Mark the request as Resolved when the work is complete.
Tips
Use filters to view requests by property, status, or urgency level. Set up email notifications so you never miss a new request.
