How to Create a Maintenance Request

Overview

If something in your rental needs repair, you can submit a maintenance request directly through Shuk. Your landlord will be notified immediately.

Steps

  1. Go to Maintenance in your renter portal.
  2. Click New Request.
  3. Select the category (plumbing, electrical, appliance, etc.).
  4. Describe the issue in detail.
  5. Upload photos if applicable.
  6. Set the urgency level and click Submit.

Tracking

You can track the status of your request from the Maintenance page. You'll receive notifications when your landlord updates the request.
