How to Create a Lease

Overview

Creating a lease in Shuk allows you to define terms, add charges, and invite renters to sign electronically.

Steps

1. Navigate to Leases → Create New Lease.
2. Select the property and unit.
3. Set the lease start and end dates.
4. Add monthly rent amount and any recurring charges (utilities, pet rent, etc.).
5. Review the lease terms and click Create Lease.

Next Steps

After creating the lease, you can invite renters to review and e-sign the agreement.
